A passenger opens the app
The passenger enters their destination into the “Where to?” box; reviews each route and itinerary option for departure time, vehicle size, price, and number of stops; chooses the desired option; then confirms the type of trip, it could be a one way or return trip. The service is a bus stop to bus stop service.
The passenger meets up with the shuttle
Once a booking is confirmed the passenger ticket and details automatically appear on the trip manifest for the itinerary booked for, and is expected to be at the pickup before the shuttle arrives. The passenger is automatically notified when the trip starts from the first pick up location and is also notified when vehicle is about 5 minutes away to make his/her/their way to the pickup location. Passengers can track the location of their shuttle in real-time.
The pilot picks up the passenger
The passenger confirms the vehicle with the vehicle details provided and scans the QR code on the vehicle to check in, and then proceeds to sit in the vehicle.
The pilot takes the passenger to the destination
The routes are fixed.
The driver and passenger leave ratings and reviews
At the end of each trip, drivers and riders can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. Riders also have the option to give the driver compliments and a tip directly in the app.
